As a young boy, I painted on canvas the farmlands before me, cornfields, apple trees, and ripe tomatoes. The Painted Truffle grew out of my passions for great food, art, and spreading happiness.

Today, I make the best possible truffles I know how—small batches, fresh cream infusions, chocolate made from the earth’s finest cocoa beans, and 100% all natural (plus organic) ingredients from around the world. Each truffle is impeccably handmade, rolled, enrobed, and dressed—each one, a work of art.

As an artist, it is my hope that my chocolates—each with its own story to tell, each with its own decadent, distinct flavor—will not only dazzle your senses, but momentarily transport you to another time and place.
